Currently living in Chicago, Bess is very passionate about blending the world of graphic design and social activism. For example, she developed and directed Beenevolent, a special division of Oohology (a digital marketing agency) that specifically worked to creatively strengthen outstanding non-profit organizations in her hometown of Louisville, KY.

Her most recent adventure is an entrepreneurial project called Sweet Memory Honeymoon Registry. This free web service gives couples the capability to receive experiences instead of toasters for their wedding gifts!

Bess studied Design for Social Change at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and earned her Social Change minor at the University of Louisville. During high school and college, she devoted her time to organizations that enhanced sustainability, the arts, LGBT equality and gender equality.
